A fresh start, close to home
Selah's began with a simple observation: clean clothes can change the way a day starts.
Why Selah's began
A shirt pressed for work, a gomesi ready for a family occasion, or a week's laundry returned neatly folded can take one more worry out of a busy Kampala week. Selah's was started to provide that small but meaningful relief close to home.
From our premises on Ntinda-Kisaasi Road, we built the service around direct conversation. Customers can bring garments in or arrange pickup on WhatsApp, see useful prices before handover and know the standard turnaround before the work begins.
"Clean start every day" is our reminder to keep the promise practical: clean, ready clothes that make tomorrow a little easier. It is not about turning laundry into something grand; it is about taking one ordinary worry off the customer's hands.
We look before we clean
Not every item belongs in the same load. We check the garment, care label, visible stains, decoration and existing condition; everyday laundry is counted or weighed, while suits, dresses, traditional wear and household pieces are considered item by item. If a stain, fabric or urgent deadline changes the treatment or price, we explain it and ask before proceeding.
